The Center is headed by Zhang Jun, an outbound practice pioneer based in Singapore and Malaysia. It focuses on overseas data centers, cross-border compute transactions, AI compliance, cross-border data flows, overseas financing and offshore structuring — with firm-wide AI tooling delivered at launch.

The Center is headed by Qian Kun, a lawyer with more than ten years in the Mongolian market and based in Ulaanbaatar. The launch day included a dedicated enablement session linking local practice with our AI outbound toolkit, and an in-depth exchange on Mongolia's mining sector with two experts from the China Geological Survey.
